Prime Time Pressure Washing

1. Company Overview

Prime Time Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, window cleaning, and related exterior maintenance services.

By scheduling service, approving an estimate, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting. If additional issues are discovered upon arrival, adjustments may be required and will be communicated before proceeding.

Any additions or changes to the original scope of work must be approved prior to service completion.

Scheduling is subject to weather conditions and operational availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection efforts if not resolved in a timely manner.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Property Conditions & Risk Acknowledgment

Exterior cleaning involves inherent risks due to age, prior damage, improper installation, or pre-existing structural issues.

Prime Time Pressure Washing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to siding, roofing, windows, doors, or surfaces

Oxidation exposure revealed during cleaning

Loose siding, trim, shutters, or shingles

Water intrusion due to faulty seals, windows, or construction defects

Damage resulting from undisclosed fragile landscaping or property conditions

Improperly installed electrical components or fixtures

By approving service, you acknowledge these potential risks.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Any service concerns must be reported within 48 hours of completion so we may evaluate and address them appropriately.
